The event will begin with a 45-minute Deep Method Reformer class led by Maya Gorodetsky. This class will help you to connect with your body, mind, and spirit and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
After the class, we will paint and customize a canvas accompanied by beverages and music. This time is dedicated to building community, networking, and having fun. Receive an awesome goodie bag!
