Each day is designed to give us an opportunity to explore, whether we hike, go into town, visit a beach etc.

Your free time gives you space to chill by the pool, dip into the ocean, take a walk along the beach, explore nearby streets, book a massage or other spa service, take a nap... the list goes on.

is the retreat begginer friendly?

Yes! Whether you are new to travel, movement or wellness- this retreat is meant to meet you where you're at. Everything is optional and you will be supported each step of the way."

is there a payment plan option?

Yes! The only payment required to secure your spot is a $400 deposit. Following your deposit your payment will be split up into smaller amounts of 3 or 4 payments depending on how far out the trip is from your sign up date.
